How far in advance should I reach out? The earlier, the better — especially for peak travel seasons, cruises, and popular destinations. I generally recommend connecting at least 2–3 months before your travel dates, though I'm happy to discuss shorter timelines depending on availability.
How do you get paid on hotel and cruise bookings? For complimentary booking services, I earn a commission from the hotel or cruise line — at no additional cost to you. This also means I'm motivated to find you the best properties with the best perks.
What's not included in planning fees? Planning fees cover my time and expertise. All travel costs — hotels, cruises, activities, transportation, and flights — are separate and paid directly or invoiced through me depending on the booking type.
Can you help if I'm not sure where I want to go? Absolutely. Destination brainstorming is one of my favorite parts of the process. Tell me what kind of experience you're after — the feeling, the pace, the priorities — and I'll help you find the right fit.
